Return policy

At Classy & Hidden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us under the following conditions:

1. Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return your items to us.

2. Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Return Process :

- Contact our customer service classyhidden@gmail.com for detailed instructions.
- Pack items carefully in their original packaging or appropriate packaging to avoid damage during transport. Please include the printed returns form in the return package.
- Send the package via Colissimo to the address that customer service will have shared with you.

4. Return costs : Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a defective product or an error on our part.

Classy & Hidden is not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages.

Refund Policy


1. Refund Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. If the return is approved, you will be refunded using the same method of payment.

2. Non-Refundable Items :
- Gift cards
- Items on sale (unless otherwise stated)
